As always, we'll showcase dealers who go above and beyond for their customers, communities, and employees. The new name better reflects the refreshed focus of our program on publicly honoring more of our great dealers on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
Stories for all HVAC dealers, not just American Standard Customer Care dealers, can be submitted, but they must be approved by their representative distributor before being officially selected.
In order to be considered, nominees must be affiliated with an American Standard dealership in good standing.
Anyone with a great dealer story can submit one: distributors, dealers, employees, or community members and happy customers.
Monthly prompts will be posted on American Standard's Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Yes! Previous Building a Higher Standard Award winners will be automatically inducted to the Higher Standard Hall of Fame and will be featured on the website.
Complete the online form to tell us why the dealer deserves to be featured and provide links to any related social posts or media if they're available to provide additional background.
The American Standard team will review the submissions on a rolling basis and select one for production at a time.
The stories will be featured on American Standard's Facebook and Instagram accounts, and the dealer will be tagged. The dealer will also receive the new badge to use in marketing materials and additional prizes.
